CSTI Acoustics provides acoustical expert-witness testimony and forensic analysis in disputes involving noise and vibration. When a decibel reading, a nuisance claim, or an occupational-exposure level is contested, counsel needs an engineer who can measure the condition to a recognized standard and explain it plainly to a judge or jury.
Our engagements are led by a board-certified acoustical engineer. Opinions are built from field measurements and analysis performed to published methods — principally ANSI S1.4 for sound level meters and ANSI S1.13 for sound-pressure-level measurement — so the findings are defensible on cross-examination and clear to a lay finder of fact.
